A Chartered Accountant of 1980 batch, CA Sushil Kumar Gulati is the founding partner of the firm. He has a rich experience in the fields ranging from accountancy, auditing, direct taxation, business advisory, society/AOP related consultancy and indirect taxation. His core competence lies in the domain of Income Tax assessments. He has represented numerous clients in front of the different hierarchies of Income Tax.
CA Jai Parkash Gulati (FCA, B.Com (Hons))
CA Jai Parkash Gulati is an alumni of Sri Ram College of Commerce and a Chartered Accountant of 1986 batch. He is a Senior Partner in the firm with diverse experience in the areas of taxation advisory (direct and indirect), statutory audits, bank audits, company law and business advisory. He is also a Chairman of a reputed cooperative bank.

CA Vijay Kumar is a young and dynamic Chartered Accountant of 2011 batch with advanced knowledge and experience in the fields of statutory audit, Goods and Services Tax, taxation compliances and income tax assessments.
CA Aastha Gupta(ACA, B.Com)
CA Aastha Gupta is a recently qualified Chartered Accountant with a previous 5+ years of work experience with EY LLP and an IT MNC. She has handled domestic as well as international clients during her work stint in the field of risk advisory and internal audits. She possesses good knowledge and experience in the areas of Goods & Services Tax (compliances and advisory), Company law, Income tax compliances and assessments and statutory audits.
